• Managethe staffing process including recruiting interviewing hiring andonboarding
• Ensure job descriptions are up todate and compliant with all Qatar Labourregulations
• Participate in the implementationof specific projects procedures and guidelines to help align theworkforce with the strategic goals of theorganization.
• Develop training materials andperformance management programs to help ensure employees understandtheir job responsibilities
• Create acompensation strategy for all employees based on market researchand pay surveys; keeps the strategy up todate
• Investigate employee issues and conflictsand brings them to resolution
• Use performancemanagement tools to provide guidance and feedback toteam
• Administer payroll and payroll records andkeep accounts appraised of any changes.
• Ensureall company HR policies are appliedconsistently
• Maintain company organizationcharts and employee directory
• Partner withmanagement to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with businessinitiatives
• Support current and future businessneeds through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital
• Assess trainingneeds to apply and monitor trainingprograms
• Maintain HR systems andprocesses
• Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
• Conduct performanceand salary reviews
• Provide support to HRstaff
• Analyze trends in compensation andbenefits
• Design and implement employeeretentionstrategies
