Recruits, screens, and interviews job applicants.
• Matches candidates to suitable positions.
• Conduct orientation for new hires.
• Handles employee relations, employee grievances.
• Identifies and attracts top talent to fill job openings.
• Manages the entire hiring process from defining job roles to on-boarding new employees.
• Develops and executes effective recruiting strategies.
• Sources potential candidates from various channels.
• Assist in policies compliance and updation.
