HR Specialist - Recruitment - MBHH Group
Responsibilities:
• Recruits, screens, and interviews job applicants.
• Matches candidates to suitable positions.
• Conducts orientation for new hires.
• Handles employee relations and grievances.
• Identifies and attracts top talent to fill job openings.
• Manages the entire hiring process from defining job roles to onboarding new employees.
• Develops and executes effective recruiting strategies.
• Sources potential candidates from various channels.
• Assists in policy compliance and updates.
