Accessories Installation Technician

• Install spoilers, towbars, side panels, mirror covers and other automotive accessories.
• Apply personalization items as requested by customers via sales.
• Perform ceramic, paint protection film (PPF) application and window tinting.
• Make sure parts to be removed prior PPF installation & usage of mandatory tools.
• Carry out the service in accordance with the direction and specification of the manufacturer with usage of recommended tools.
• Assist in technical installations and troubleshooting of accessory installations.
• Collaborate with technical team to ensure seamless integration of accessories.
• Ensure all installations meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct final inspections to verify the quality and functionality if installed accessories.
• . Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on accessory options.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to any installation related issues.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations]
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time taken.
• Report any issues or defects identified during installations to the line managers
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Skills
• Diploma or technical certification in automotive technology
• Experienced in PPF ad window Tinting
• Preferred with driver's license
