This is a remote position.
- Takes lead with active outreach and recruiting for open roles
- Setup and own First Interview / Screenings followed up with full recap to Admin team for review
- Completes onboarding duties as well as offboarding needs
- Builds Payroll for all office locations for submission
- Acts as the resource for Leaders related to payroll inquiries and compliance working closely w/ our internal HR Support team
- Maintains accurate and uptodate human resource files records and documentation: such as 401K plans Benefits Etc.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies benefits hiring processes etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate seniorlevel HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors which may include health disability EDD and retirement plan providers.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
