Select local suppliers in accordance with the ATF 16949 Supplier Selection Process.
Conduct and share local parts feasibility studies with OEM suppliers.
Budget for local parts supplier projects, including manufacturing processes, quality tools, and logistics.
Continuously work on minimizing local content costs.
Manage Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PAP) implementation activities.
Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are in place to address local supplier issues.
Create and drive improvement plans for local parts suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.
