The ideal candidate will have 410 years of experience and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of graphics animation 2D and 3D design. As the Technology Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our technology infrastructure managing our development teams and ensuring that our creative projects are executed with precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technology team ensuring alignment with company goals and project timelines.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions for graphics animation 2D and 3D design projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  
• 410 years of experience in a technology management role preferably in a creative or designfocused environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of graphics animation 2D and 3D design technologies and tools.
  
• Proven experience in managing development teams and overseeing complex projects.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master s degree in a related field.
  
• Experience with industrystandard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Blender Maya).
  
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in VR/AR AI and machine learning as they apply to design and animation.
