Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary CEO/Head of Practice (Intrapreneur) to lead our Wealth Management division. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry with specific expertise in Products business. (Mutual Funds AIF PMS and Debt.) This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in wealth management. The candidate is expected to a gogetter who drives the vision of management and orchestrate the team to bring optimum outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall strategic vision for the Wealth Management division.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the divisions offerings and client base.
- Foster a culture of innovation excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Keeping looking for vertical and horizontal organic and inorganic growth to fast pace the organizations growth objectives.
- Business Development:
- Drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients institutional investors and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance the divisions capabilities.
- Bring relationship which adds value to the business which has strong foundation and cemented establishment over the years through professional and entrepreneurial journey.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the Wealth Management division ensuring high levels of efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in portfolio management risk management and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends investment performance and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Discover Right set of products which are tailored to clients demand and keep iterating to bring innovative opportunities.
- Team Leadership and mentoring:
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of wealth management professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional client service by developing and implementing clientcentric strategies and processes.
- Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to assess their financial goals and investment performance.
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (typically 15 years) in a senior leadership role within the wealth management industry.
- Indepth knowledge of Mutual Funds AIF PMS and Debt products Insurance and structured product services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets investment strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- MBA CFA or other relevant advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Should have managed client relationships/business AUA of at least 10000 crores or more
