This is a remote position.
Job Overview:
The role involves setup and configuring QuickBooks migrating financial data from other systems
integrating thirdparty systems (if any) and providing support
Key Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Setup & Configuration: Customize and configure QuickBooks to match the
company s financial operations including chart of accounts setup tax settings financial
reporting and user roles
QuickBooks Functionality: Ensure that QuickBooks functionalities such as invoicing billing
payroll and reporting are optimized to meet business requirements.
Data Migration: Manage the migration of financial data from other systems such as SAP S/4
HANA ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
System Integration: Integrate QuickBooks with thirdparty systems like CRM inventory.
Reporting & Optimization: Configure custom reports (profit & loss balance sheets) and
ensure the system is running efficiently to meet business objectives.
Client communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for Quickbooks
implementation & migration work
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance IT or related field.
5 years of experience in ERP or financial system implementation with a focus on
QuickBooks and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on data integrity and financial
reconciliation
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is a plus
