Position: Sales Engineer Architect (False Ceiling Factory)
Company Overview:
Our company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of highquality false ceiling products for commercial and residential buildings. We have been in the market for over 20 years and have established a strong reputation for our innovative designs and exceptional customer service. We are currently expanding our operations in Cairo Egypt and are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer Architect to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Sales Engineer Architect you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to architects contractors and developers in the Cairo market. You will work closely with our sales team and use your technical knowledge and expertise to provide product recommendations and solutions to clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to promote our products to them
- Build and maintain relationships with architects contractors and developers
- Understand client needs and provide technical assistance and product recommendations
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor products
- Provide aftersales support and handle any customer complaints or issues
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture / CIVIL Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales preferably in the construction industry
- Strong technical knowledge of false ceiling products and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
- Willingness to travel for work
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid drivers license
