Direct Imports Operations Executive

NOK Human Capital is hiring Direct Imports Operations Executive for one of most wellknown Ecommerce multinational companies.

Location: Maadi

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the direct import operations process is efficient and optimized to reduce overall lead times for the organization.

Form 4 Task Ownership:

Apply for Form 4: The executive is responsible for initiating and completing the application process for Form 4 which is a critical document required for direct imports.

Ensure Timely Delivery: The executive must ensure that the completed Form 4 is delivered on time to the relevant stakeholders as any delays can impact the overall import process.

Monitor Submission and Approval: The executive should closely monitor the submission and approval process of Form 4 following up with the necessary parties to ensure the smooth and timely completion of this requirement.

Operations Task Efficiency:

Streamline Processes: The executive should continuously evaluate and optimize the operations tasks involved in direct imports to ensure efficiency and reduce lead times.

Identify Bottlenecks: The executive should proactively identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operations process and implement solutions to address them.

Implement Automation: The executive should explore opportunities to automate repetitive or timeconsuming tasks such as data entry tracking and reporting to improve overall efficiency.

Enhance Communication: The executive should facilitate effective communication between various departments and stakeholders involved in the direct import process to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

Lead Time Reduction: Analyze and Monitor Lead Times: The executive should closely monitor and analyze the lead times associated with the direct import process identifying areas for improvement.

Implement Strategies: The executive should develop and implement strategies to reduce lead times such as optimizing logistics streamlining documentation processes or exploring alternative sourcing options.

Collaborate with Suppliers: The executive should work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to identify and address any factors contributing to longer lead times and explore ways to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

About the team

Direct Import team handles all direct nondomestic vendors in Egypt.

We aim to avail international brands to Egyptian customers at the right value.

Basic qualifications

1 years of sales experience

Bachelors degree

Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics or SQL is a plus
