Apply payroll and administrative procedures in accordance with labor regulations; and the department's internal requirements
Process payroll elements: Collection of necessary data, reprocessing of files, import and mastery of the software;
Ensure the smooth running of tax and social declarations while respecting deadlines;
Establish the annual IR declaration;
Calculate STCs;
Monitor leave and absences, process extractions on our system and prepare leave reports;
Answer employees’ questions regarding pay, leave and social security contributions.
Preparation of administrative documents.

BAC+2/3 graduate, preferably in business management
Professional experience of less than 2 years
Confidentiality and adaptability are your strong points.
You have perfect mastery of IT tools and SAGEPAIE software.
You have a good level of French, both written and spoken.
You have a sense of priorities, good responsiveness and great rigor in organization.
