الوصف الوظيفي
- Recruits screens and interviews job applicants.
- Matches candidates to suitable positions.
- Conduct orientation for new hires.
- Handles employee relations employee grievances.
- Identifies and attracts top talent to fill job openings.
- Manages the entire hiring process from defining job roles to onboarding new employees.
- Develops and executes effective recruiting strategies.
- Sources potential candidates from various channels.
- Assist in policies compliance and updation.
