Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role is instrumental in expanding the companys customer base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new market opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Stay updated on industry developments and market trends
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional contacts
  • Forecast sales targets and track performance using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance
  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the organization professionally
  • Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record in sales business development or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach to work
