Requirements
1. Qualifications.
1.1 Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or similar fields.
1.2 Masters Degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
1.3 Minimum of 8 years of Marketing experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
1.4 Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
2. Core duties. He/She should:
2.1 Be aligned with the ISL values of Belonging Integrity Grit and Kindness.
2.2 Coordinating and developing the school s audiovisual strategy.
2.3 Creating and collecting authentic stories of life and learning at ISL Qatar through a variety of storytelling media including video photography and written content.
2.4 Maximising the school s digital media presence seeking opportunities to increase visibility
ensuring the coherence of key messages and drive qualitative traffic.
2.5 Optimizing the visibility of the school s digital platforms through SEO and paid campaigns. Aligning brand identity across different channels online and offline ensuring that the visual
identity is maintained. Supporting stakeholders in meeting requirements for ISL Qatar brand
representation as well as offering Marketing training where appropriate.
2.6 Providing support for school events through design and visual documentation. Design and deliver impactful Marketing campaigns for ISL Qatar in liaison with the wider Advancement team.
2.7 Analysing performances and implementing adjustments where needed in collaboration with external agencies or service providers.
2.8 Reporting periodically on key performance indicators providing recommendations.
2.9 Monitor and analyse market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions to increase market share.
2.10 Supporting colleagues in the maintenance of the school s communication channels.
2.11 Working on projects to create a positive experience for prospective families and ISL Qatar community members.
2.12 Perform market research and identifying appropriate Marketing & Communications strategies and tools to reach set goals and targets.
3. Knowledge and Experience. He/She should be:
3.1 Fostering the values dispositions behaviours attitudes and attributes of the ISL Qatar guiding statements and IB learner profile
3.2 An understanding of the trends of disseminating and amplifying digital content (social media advertising etc.).
3.3 Relevant audiovisual skills and the ability to turn story ideas into digital content.
3.4 Effective project management skills defining deliverables and timelines.
3.5 Sound user knowledge of MS Office Adobe packages and experience in managing
content management systems social media and online publishing platforms.
3.6 Ability to grasp the essence of the school story legacy and future changes.
3.7 Ability to prioritize plan and work with deadlines and coordinate with a team.
3.8 Strong technology literary skills.
