- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and partners, including nonprofit, government, business and community leaders.
- Implement Boeing’s charitable giving strategies and process in the Puget Sound region focused primarily on education, workforce and/or the environment.
- Recommend and commit authorized resources in the community in order to maximize investment impact in alignment with strategies and plans.
- Execute grants due diligence process, budgets, programs, projects and events.
- Evaluate the impact of community investments and relationships using mutually agreed upon objectives to ensure quantifiable results.
- Promote the active participation of Boeing employees and their families in the community.
