Identify Scope of Testing
• Create & Review Test Strategy for Small and Medium sized Projects
• Estimate the Effort required for Testing and Create & Review Test Plan for Small and Medium sized Projects
• Design, Review and Execute Test scenarios / Test Cases
• Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development , Defects logging and Verification/Validation Tasks
• Act as a point of contact for the customer for all technical communication anticipating technical risks and suggesting mitigation and recovery plans
• Drive Defect Triage meeting. Accountable for service reviews, project reviews and reporting
• Adherence to Test Process standards ATF, GTF, SLA and KPI Management.
