Job Title: FullStack Tech Lead.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead Full Stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing scalable applications and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires deep expertise in both frontend and backend development strong problemsolving abilities and excellent leadership skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of scalable and highperformance web applications.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ensure software security data protection and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in fullstack development.
Key Requirements:
Job Conditions:
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent fluent English level.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
- Location: Maadi.
