الوصف الوظيفي
Peninsulabased client is seeking a temphire AP Specialist to assist with all accounting operations directly related to accounts payable. This is an onsite position with an hourly pay rate between $29$33 depending upon relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process vendor invoices for payment
- Reconcile accrued receipts to vendor statements and communicate any discrepancies to the appropriate department
- Accurately review general ledger coding
- Prepare journal entries
- Assist with monthend quarterend and yearend procedures
- Perform administrative duties as required
- 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fullcycle accounts payable experience preferred
- 2way and 3way matching experience required
- Experience using Workday software required
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
