On behalf of our client we are looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Riyadh.
Job Summary
Overseeing a spectrum of HR functions with a primary focus on maintaining confidential employee records supporting expatriate employees and aligning local HR priorities with global initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of Saudi and international HR laws excellent communication skills and the ability to provide essential HR advice and support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain confidential personnel files containing contracts visa details leave records training history performance appraisals and promotions salary increments and other rewards etc.
- Handle expat queries and projects providing specialized support for expatriate employees including assistance with relocation visa and work permit processes housing and cultural integration.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive expat support program addressing the unique needs of international employees to ensure a smooth transition and positive experience in their new location.
- Identify local HR priorities and collaborate with global BU People Partners on HR initiatives.
- Support PC&S team members with local labor laws knowledge.
- Provide basic counselling to staff who have performancerelated obstacles.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance first line disciplinary responsibility.
- Ensure that the social insurance contributions are calculated in accordance with prevailing GOSI regulations.
- Provide advice and information on Human Resource related issues.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources (or work equivalent).
- Knowledge of both Saudi and international HR laws and practices.
