Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Associate to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for HR practices and are eager to support various HR functions including recruitment employee relations and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and they are wellintegrated into the company.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of employee information HR activities and documentation.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries providing support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Payroll Support: Assist the payroll team with data collection payroll processing and resolving any payrollrelated issues.

Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics including recruitment employee turnover and payroll providing insights to HR management.

Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.

Event Coordination: Help plan and execute company events such as employee engagement activities and teambuilding events.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
