الوصف الوظيفي
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to assess the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
- Build and maintain detailed models and dashboards for reporting at city regional and global levels.
- Develop analytical frameworks to support the company s expansion into new markets and products.
- Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements or innovative processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure continuous optimization of support team processes to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing business needs by learning new tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Analysis of both highlevel and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends
- Experience in data processing data analysis and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience in Python or R language.
- Exposure to using Hive or Presto for data processing.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
