Business Analyst

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with the Operations team to assess the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.

• Build and maintain detailed models and dashboards for reporting at city regional and global levels.

• Develop analytical frameworks to support the company s expansion into new markets and products.

• Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements or innovative processes to enhance team efficiency.

• Ensure continuous optimization of support team processes to maximize operational effectiveness.

• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing business needs by learning new tools and methodologies.
  

Requirements

• Analysis of both highlevel and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends
  

• Experience in data processing data analysis and automation.
  

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets SQL and data visualization tools.
  

• Experience in Python or R language.
  

• Exposure to using Hive or Presto for data processing.
  

• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  

• Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
