Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues and prepare opinion to the management on the legal implications of their decisions.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Effectively communicate with clients colleagues and partners.
- Conduct the work with integrity and responsiveness.
- Ability to analyze a range of legal situations.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors.
The Director is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in law or in related field
- Understanding of relevant legislation policies and procedures
- 3 7 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with law legal procedures and protocols.
- Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Labor & Commercial Law.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.
- Outstanding timemanagement and typing skills.
- Communication skills (oral and written)
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Proficient command of English. Arabic is preferred.
