Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: 80k
Exp: 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Management (EM) including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travelrelated meetings.
• Plan coordinate and ensure the EM (EDMD) schedule is followed and respected. Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role creating winwin situations for direct access to the their time and office.
• Communicate directly and on behalf of the EM with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to their initiatives along the various verticals: work life personal life and philanthropy.
• Research prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the EM including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action referral or response.
• Work closely and effectively with the EM to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately.
• Act as a "barometer" having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the EM updated.
• Organize and manage conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously proactively and following through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
• Assist EM in tracking and providing analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives financial performance and/or the market.
• Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings.
• Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings offsites and staff meetings.
Requirements :
• B.Sc/HND in social sciences or related field from a reputable university
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Proven experience managing the administrative functions of a seniorlevel executive
• MS Office Proficiency
