الوصف الوظيفي
- Participates in the constructability plan preparation.
- Participates in preparing the work break down structure, project master plan and schedule.
- Participate in preparing construction organization and estimated man-hours.
- Verifies / Ensures that the updated IFC documents/drawings as per the latest EDIR are received at site DCC, distributed to construction supervisors and officially sent to contractor(s)/subcontractor(s) and master copies are filled well.
- Leads site supervisors, contractor(s) and subcontractor(s) and provides smooth interfacing / relevant administration to complete the project within the construction schedule.
- Ensures that updated MRR and EDIR are distributed to construction supervisors and officially sent to contractor(s)/subcontractor(s). Investigates, checks and reviews site clarifications memorandum (ECM & PCM) and ensures that DCC has updated the site clarifications register.
- Verifies and approves progress reports for mechanical construction contractor(s) I sub contractor(s). Reviews / approves critical rigging plan for contractor(s) / subcontractor(s).
- Reviews / signs site construction reports.
- Justifies / prepares supplier’s visit request / plan.
- Attends / leads with site manager the site review meetings.
- Verifies/ ensures that as-built drawing marking progress is performed regularly.
- Ensures the full implementation of the Company manuals, procedures, and departmental work instructions, in accordance with the requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems.
- Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the department activities within the framework of the overall Company Quality Management system.
- Ensures the full awareness and implementation of the applicable requirements of the Company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management systems
