This is a remote position.

Are you a recent graduate passionate about people operations Do you thrive in dynamic fastpaced environments If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a People Operations Associate at Paragon Consulting you will be crucial in supporting our HR initiatives and helping our clients scale effectively. This role is perfect for someone driven hardworking and eager to learn about international HR standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process including job postings resume screening and coordination of interviews.

  • Help maintain client databases and employee records.

  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of external communications.

  • Assist in the implementation of people operations strategies and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support various HR projects.

  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and international standards.




Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Sociology or a related field.

  • Based in Abuja or Lagos

  • Post NYSC meaning you must have completed NYSC/exempted.

  • Strong interest in people operations and HR practices.

  • Great positive personality. Enjoys communication and willing to develop strong communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail and enjoys being organized.

  • Can handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Tech savvy is a must! Proficiency in GSuite and can pick up on tech tools quickly.

  • Must have a personal computer.

Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. Based in Abuja or Lagos Post NYSC, meaning you must have completed NYSC/exempted.
