Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying attracting and engaging toptier tech professionals with a specific focus on filling senior roles within the financial services industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technology landscape and the financial services sector as well as a strong ability to manage client relationships and meet recruitment targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the financial services sector to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and networks to source attract and engage with highcaliber tech professionals ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements of the roles.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the tech and financial services sectors to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.


Requirements



Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.

Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the ability to identify key talent within the industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering highquality recruitment solutions.
