- Prepares and provides refreshments and other hospitality requirements for visitors and guests.
- Assists in keeping office equipment furniture and pantry rooms tidy and clean.
- Supports and cooperates with personnel in arranging documents and gathers sorts and distributes external or internal mails.
- Acquaints their superiors with offices different requirements and urgent needs and follows up stock quantities.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE unsafe machines and equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
