Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent for our company. The Telecom Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the telecom industry
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals social media referrals etc.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities professional organizations and other recruitment sources
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the telecom industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations is a plus
