A Business Analyst to assist Telecom Service Provider where role is to gather and document business requirements drive solutions support development test the changes and assist with defect resolution to ensure adherence to business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collect high level requirements
- Independently work with both business and technical teams to define business requirements and obtain approvals
- Create test plan and cases to ensure the solution meets business objectives; identify test data scenarios
- Validate test results and assist with issue resolution
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to define and document requirements / use cases
- Background in telecommunications CRM
- Technical background (data analysis software development testing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem solving
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Experience with Agile methods and tools
Qualifications:
- Five plus years of experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
- Bachelors degree
