Job Title: Customer Service Order Handling – US Components

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Order Handler specializing in US Components Business at Central Moloney (CMI) you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. This position demands a meticulous attention to detail strong communication skills and a deep understanding of our products and customer needs within the transformer industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
    • Receive and review incoming customer orders for USbased transformer components products.
    • Enter orders accurately into the companys ERP system.
    • Ensure orders are processed promptly and meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for USbased customers regarding order status product inquiries and delivery schedules.
    • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and order details.
    • Prepare reports on order status inventory levels and customer feedback as required.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Central Moloneys transformers components products and services.
    • Provide technical and product information to customers as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the order handling and customer service functions.
    • Collaborate with team members and management to implement best practices and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service order handling or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with the coordination of vendors and dropshipments to customers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing software (experience with SAP is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of transformer components products and the electrical industry is advantageous.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise extreme temperatures and environmental stressors.
  • Physical Activities: Sit stand walk bend climb crouch reach and grasp as needed.
  • PPE: Wear required PPE including eye and hearing protection gloves and safety toe footwear.
  • Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
  • Skills: Effective communication basic math skills and teamwork.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
