We are a young Berlinbased startup on a mission to revolutionize the toy industry through the circular economy. Our vision is to make buying and selling secondhand toys the preferred choice for everyone. Aufgaben

• Sorting & product identification: Sort incoming childrens toys and use AI tools and online research to correctly identify the toys and determine their exact name. Decide which products will be sold on our marketplace or donated to social organizations.
• Photography: Take highquality photos of the toys to present them optimally on our platform. Good pictures are crucial for our customers purchasing decisions.
• Quality management: Identify and classify defects in products to ensure our quality standards.
• Description & Pricing: Create accurate and engaging product descriptions using AI and develop pricing models for the toys based on market research.
• Warehouse management: Be responsible for the shipping process pick and pack orders print shipping labels and manage tracking numbers.
• Process optimization: Work closely with the cofounders to improve our warehouse processes automate more and more and increase the sales rate.

Qualifikation

• You are based in Berlin and ideally studying a relevant field such as logistics supply chain management or business with a focus on logistics.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel strong analytical skills and enjoyment of data analysis.
• Structered working style.
• Experience with smartphone photography.
• Very good German and English skills are an advantage.
• Passion for sustainability and interest in the circular economy.
• Optional: Familiar with brands and products in the childrens toy sector.
