• Create and execute strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with all company departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
2) Lead and Manage Sales Team:
• Oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Set sales targets and monitor progress towards goals.
3) Negotiation and Deal Closing:
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
• Address and resolve client objections and concerns.
• Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly executed.
4) Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status and deal progress.
5) Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments, according to company RACI matrix
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the sales team and across the organization.
6) Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the sales process and team performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training programs.
7) Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
8)People Management:
• Provides the Sales team with clear guidelines, insights, and knowledge of the client’s profile and industry, to convert Target accounts into Managed accounts.
• Identify training needs for his team and assign them to corresponding courses.
• Evaluate the performance of his/her direct subordinates and reviews and approves the performance evaluations prepared by his subordinates for their team
