الوصف الوظيفي
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various remote sourcing channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate assessments through virtual resume reviews, phone screenings, and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for client roles.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end remote recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing to provide updates, gather feedback, and facilitate the recruitment process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities through online resources and remote networking to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.
