Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who is passionate about the media industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide account support to clients remotely, assisting with any inquiries or issues they may have
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures related to account management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better support clients
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the media industry is a plus
- Planning and creativity skills to adapt to different customer needs
