CRM HEAD DOMESTIC

• Lead a highperforming CRM team providing guidance training and mentorship.
  
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the jewellery industry.
  
• Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
  
• Develop and optimize the process to enhance the overall efficiency
  
• Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
  
• Experience Required 8 Year
  
• Proven experience in CRM leadership roles within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  
• Must have worked with domestic corporate clients (e.g. Malabar Titan etc)
  
• Good exposure of jewellery ERP software & Excel
  
• Indepth knowledge of CRM tools technologies and best practices.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
