Key Responsibilities:
Lead a highperforming CRM team providing guidance training and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the jewellery industry.
- Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Develop and optimize the process to enhance the overall efficiency
Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Experience Required 8 Year
- Proven experience in CRM leadership roles within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Must have worked with domestic corporate clients (e.g. Malabar Titan etc)
- Good exposure of jewellery ERP software & Excel
- Indepth knowledge of CRM tools technologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
