25%- Lead
Responsibilities Assists the team incarrying out department responsibilities and collaborates withothers to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for thedepartment.
Serves in a consultative andday-to-day lead role to the department in developing, coordinating,and enforcing systems, policies andprocedures.
Coaches, mentors, leads and servesas a subject matter expert for the T&E team as well asproviding day-to-day project priority and quality review of workproduced by the team.
Serves as a backup inthe absence of the manager in overseeing the T&Eteam.
Collaborates with other HR T&Eteam members on implementing innovative and inclusive trainingstrategies.
5% - Completes other projects andduties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inpublic administration, business administration, human resourcesmanagement or related field required.
6 yearsof progressively responsible human resources experience, of which 4years of experience must be in training and development,required.
4 years of experience with Adult Learning Methodologies, Learning Management System andfacilitation, required.
An equivalentcombination of education and experience sufficient to successfullyperform the essential duties of the position such as those listedabove may also be qualifying.
