Providing vital support to a diverse and dynamic community in transition
ATLAS is seeking flexible and dedicated Community Support Specialists to assist with community services at the CARE Doha compound in Qatar. You will support programs designed to enhance the wellbeing of Afghan refugee families including activities related to childcare recreation health and general community engagement. Your vital role involves coordinating services assisting with events or ensuring facilities remain safe and welcoming for guests and personnel.

About You:
Experienced in delivering or supporting community services especially for diverse or transitional populations.
Comfortable working in fastpaced multicultural settings with a variety of responsibilities.
Friendly serviceoriented and able to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide handson support for community services including childcare recreational activities wellness programs or general guest assistance.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of events services and daily operations on the compound.
Ensure that community spaces and programs are safe organized and accessible to guests and staff.
Qualifications
Required
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and servicefocused environment.
Proficiency in English with strong communication and customer service skills.l
Experience in community services customer support childcare recreation or similar fields.
Desired
Experience working with refugees displaced persons or international programs.
Familiarity with basic safety and first aid practices.
Fluency in Dari Pashto or Arabic.
