-Maintain enough expertise and knowledge of Cloud Migration, DevOps, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud, Microservices and other related areas.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and sales activities to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry news, trends, and best practices related to sales and account management.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
