Job Description:

ITS Information Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Giza El Mohandssien Egypt. As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for managing all aspects of compensation benefits and policies for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the companys overall strategy and objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and attract top talent.

Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant with local laws and regulations.

Partner with managers to ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies benefits and compensation.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers.

Assist with performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.

Training & Development; Identify training needs Coordinate and deliver training courses Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Oversee talent management process including performance appraisal succession planning competency mapping and career pathing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

From 5 to 6 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation benefits and policies.

Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to HR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
