Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the home building remodeling and construction sector.

Product Expertise: Attain comprehensive knowledge of DECKMART s and other marketavailable building materials to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

Consultative Selling: Partner with builders architects and contractors to understand their specific needs provide tailored product recommendations and offer projectaligned solutions.

Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers including general contractors architects and designers to foster client loyalty and encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and market conditions to refine sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to the company s executives.

Team working: Closely cooperate with an inside sales representative to close deals and present estimations and quotes to potential and existing customers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside B2B sales preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
