Our client a promotional products company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their growing office. You will be working closely with and be mentored by the President who has 40 years experience with two previous successful companies in this space.

Salary:
Base $50000 $60000 per year (depending upon ability and experience)
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
After training working from home is a possibility.
Location:
Candidate will work initially in an Waterloo office for training.
The position will transition to hybrid/remote over time.
The chosen candidate must have their own car.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the President in servicing large international clients such as Samsung Manulife Beacon Roofing LG Electronics Centimark and more.
- Monitor demand and analyzes inventory data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs as well as website control.
- Preparing quotations and presentations for clients both virtually and in person.
- Handle inside sales responsibilities by responding to customer inquiries and maintain good relationships with customers vendors and logistics.
- Placing orders for various products and following up to ensure deliverables are met.
- Maintain effective and accurate storage of data both electronic and physical filing (as needed).
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma in Business (or related) is an asset.
- 3 years of promotional marketing print industry ad agency or graphics experience is required.
- 13 years of related account management or customer service experience is important.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). This will be assessed.
- Strong command of the English language is a must. Bilingual (English / French) is an asset.
- Ambitious and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
- Sales and customer service minded with great energy. People person.
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities.
