Job Description: Are you a social media enthusiast who speaks Spanish like a pro Do you have a knack for keeping online communities safe and engaging Were looking for a motivated and detailoriented Spanishspeaking Social Media Support Agent to join us onsite in Lisbon. Youll be the goto person for our Spanishspeaking users helping them with inquiries resolving issues and making sure our content stays topnotch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Keep our online spaces safe and fun by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content.
- User Support: Chat with users via social media platforms in Spanish providing accurate and timely info.
- Issue Resolution: Handle user complaints and issues like a pro ensuring everyone leaves happy.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of user interactions and moderation activities.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to keep our users satisfied and tackle complex issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot opportunities to make user experiences even better and suggest cool solutions.
- Stay Informed: Stay in the loop with platform policies company changes and the latest industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is a plus but not a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of our awesome onsite team in Lisbon.
- Proficient in using social media platforms moderation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
