الوصف الوظيفي
- a brand of the AstraZeneca portfolio,
- develop tailor-made market access strategies and implement them based on market access plans,
- lead cross-functional teams to prepare dossiers and opinions in the context of early benefit assessment,
- the preparation and implementation of reimbursement negotiations (
- 130c SGB V) as part of the negotiation teams,
- Minimize national and regional market access barriers in coordination with the Governmental Affairs Team,
- Initiate and implement projects to develop innovative pricing concepts using new data sources,
- plan and carry out health economic projects and care analyses in collaboration with medical teams,
- provide input into brand and financial planning in close coordination with the business unit and pricing,
- Confidently communicate market access priorities in cross-functional and global teams,
- present strategic recommendations for action to senior management.
- Demonstrate your strengths through...
- a degree in business administration, natural sciences, medicine or comparable subjects,
- comprehensive knowledge of the German health care system and health policy,
- Experience in market access and pricing, in particular the creation of market access strategies and benefit dossiers,
- strong project management skills and enjoyment in leading cross-functional teams,
- strong teamwork and communication skills,
- flexible action and corresponding mobility,
- Very good MS Office skills and language skills in German and English.
