Job Description
As an Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist you ll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients. You ll manage and qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels primarily through the company website. This role offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your analytical skills gain valuable tech industry experience and play a pivotal part in the company s growth strategy. You ll work with stateoftheart CRM systems and automated workflows connecting qualified prospects with the solution design team.
Responsibilities
- Review and qualify inbound leads from website inquiries and other marketing channels
- Update CRM fields accurately categorizing leads as qualified or unqualified
- Manage automated email responses for qualified or borderline leads
- Assess potential client responses against established qualification criteria
- Connect qualified leads with the appropriate solution design team
- Adhere to predefined workflows and established templates
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sharp eye for detail and ability to follow established processes
- Experience with CRM systems and automated workflows preferred
- Selfstarter capable of working independently after initial training
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Ability to ask insightful qualifying questions and interpret responses
- Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a schedule aligned with US time zones
- Commitment to meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) for lead response times
