Key responsibilities
- Manage executives calendar and appointments effectively
- Coordinate executive communications including taking calls responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Organize and maintain files records and documents in a confidential manner
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries and logistics
- Prepare reports presentations and briefs for executives
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing expenses invoices and managing office supplies
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing company events conferences and team activities
- Manage special projects and conduct followups on various action items
