Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Public Practice Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian bookkeeping practices excellent organisational skills and a passion for helping clients achieve financial clarity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry from Xero bank feeds bank statements and source documents.
- Prepare client query draft emails.
- Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS preparation.
- Payroll processing and STP filing.
- Weekly Super processing.
- Admin assistance.
- Ad hoc reconciliation.
About You:
- Has knowledge with HubDoc
- Works with PayPal/A2X/Open Payout or similar integrations to Xero (this is not essential)
