Job Description:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their logistics requirements.
- Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design and propose customized logistics solutions that address the unique needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for new clients.
- Continuously monitor industry trends competitor activities and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the companys capabilities and value proposition.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities client interactions and business opportunities in the companys CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the companys overall business development strategy.
requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience.
3 years experience in the same field (Freight Forwarding Air Sea and Inland Customs Clearance and NAFEZA system).
Good in English (Writing & Speaking).
Proficiency in Microsoft office & ERP systems.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Work Conditions:
- Fulltime.
- On site.
- working hours 9 AM : 5 PM
- Days off (Friday & Saturday)
