BMS Operators

Job Description:

Perform maintenance and troubleshoot BMS (Building Management Systems).
Ensure optimal performance of all BMS equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 56 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Original certificate of Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation 3 Year Diploma is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
